As the former co-founder and CEO of Russian dairy business Unimilk, Andrey is the man with the vision. Driven to outperform, he lives life by the motto: “never stop learning”. He successfully led Unimilk from a new player in 2001 to a powerhouse, market leader, with 26 factories operating under the company, by 2009. Unimilk was sold to Danone, the world’s largest yoghurt maker. Andrey has helped to spearhead Food Union’s operations in Europe, while keeping his sights on growing Food Union China.
